Hi, I’m Dalvia 👋🏽
I'm an Online Business Coach based in Lisbon, and I help solopreneurs build a business that respects and evolves with them.
I've watched many entrepreneurs reach a point where the business they built starts to feel heavy - offers that no longer resonate, a calendar with no room to breathe, a life that orbits around work.
I know that pain all too well. It led me to burnout.
But I decided to build a different approach: growing from the inside out - not with more complexity, and not by following someone else's method, but by reconnecting you with yourself and aligning your business around your inner compass. ✨

For entrepreneurs who are at a crossroads, sitting on a decision, or feeling scattered. You don’t need months of work - you need one clear, honest conversation to see your next move.

You pick a day and time and answer a few questions so I arrive already understanding your business.
We spend 90 minutes together over Zoom, looking at what's scattered, naming what's really blocking you, and setting your priorities for this phase.
Afterwards you get a clear action plan - plus a week of email support to help you put it into motion.

4 months of personalized 1:1 coaching to reorganize your business so it works for you - not the other way around.
Together we look at everything you've built - offers, schedule, pricing, communication, systems - and reorganize it all around you.
For established entrepreneurs who already have a business that works (with clients, revenue, visibility) but feel ready for a new phase and to make structural decisions, cut what drains them, and rebuild with themselves at the center.

Over the 4 months we work closely, 1:1.
There's no fixed curriculum - the focus is built around you, and usually moves through three core systems: your offers (how you serve), your visibility (how you communicate), and your support structures (the systems that give you time back).
After each session you get a clear action focus to carry forward, and between sessions you have support via email and Voxer to maintain momentum and accountability.
