Hi, I’m Quinn Tempest—founder of the Collective, business strategist, and solopreneur just like you
There were so many points in my own journey where I felt alone, overwhelmed, and uncertain if I could really make this work. You know that saying, “Create what you wish existed?”
That’s exactly why I started the Collective.
It’s the space I wish I had when I was stuck in survival mode—when I thought something was wrong with me for not being able to figure it all out on my own.
Maybe if I had found a place like this sooner, I would’ve realized: There’s no one “right” way to build a business. There’s no shame in needing support. And those messy, doubt-filled seasons? They’re not failures—they’re part of the process.

It will guide you to clarify your path forward, uncover your unique "why" that combats burnout, and execute a profitable (and purposeful!) business strategy that will extend throughout all parts of your life, too.
On average, our members have said setting aside an average of 1-2 hours a week helps them get the most out of the Collective.

Outside of the live coaching call, all of this is done on your own time + schedule, although we do set benchmarks for each module for extra accountability. This is NOT a course that will collect dust on your digital shelf. We have guided 200 women through it, and have carved out a pace and structure that allows the vast majority of our members to complete it within the first 3 months of their time in the Collective.
You will be paired up with a Purpose Mentor - a superstar member of the Collective who really gets purpose and all things business - to provide support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way during the Academy.
Special incentives are given to members who finish with the group timeline and it's recommended you do so to get the most out the Collective!

There are 5 powerful modules with video lessons and clarity-building exercises designed to help you uncover your unique "why" (that combats burnout) and develop a strategy to bring it to life in your business, including:

For Spring 2025, Quinn Tempest—our founder—will be personally mentoring all new members.
In future cohorts, members are often paired with Purpose Mentors—superstar members of the Collective who truly get purpose and business—and provide 1:1 support during the Academy.During your first 3 months with us, you will be paired up with a Purpose Mentor, who will guide you to uncover your purpose and develop a business strategy from the inside out.
This is a superstar member of the Collective who truly gets purpose and all things business and will be able to provide you with feedback and guidance every step of the way.
Quinn Tempest, our founder, will lead all the live coaching calls during the Academy and provide more specific strategic business recommendations as well.
You will be assigned a mentor that is best suited to help you based on your business stage upon entering the Collective.
*Purpose Mentors are subject to change depending on scheduling + availability.

Our founder, Quinn Tempest, designed the entire Academy experience, teaches all the modules, and will be a constant present in your cohort's small group. She will also lead 1 live monthly coaching call just for your new member cohort so you can dive deeper into the insights from your exercises, connect with other members of your cohort, and get live strategic business guidance directly from her. In addition to that, she leads the majority of our Collective events, including coaching calls, strategy workshops, and coworking.
*For Spring 2025, she will also be personally mentoring all new members through the Academy.

This community has a no refunds, transfers or cancellations policy. You are committed to paying in full up front or following through with your monthly payments in totality.
If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments. In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we will work with members on case-by-case basis to find a solution.

We accept all credit card or debit card payments via Stripe. You will complete your payment through a secure portal (ThriveCart) upon registration.

It is set-up on a recurring billing basis. So for instance, if you made your first payment on the 5th of the month, it will automatically re-bill on the 5th of every month for 12 total payments.
Note: This isn't a "subscription" that you can cancel early - just a way to spread out the investment over 12 months if it's better for your cash flow. You're required to make all 12 payments.

Yes - if you're currently and actively working on an existing business idea and have prior business experience.
No - If you only have big dream of being an entrepreneur someday but have no clarity on what they may look like yet and have limited business experience.
One of the hallmarks of our community is helping our members find clarity for what comes next.
We've found our experience works best for members are who already entrepreneurs in some sense.
While that doesn't mean you have to be years into your business and making a consistent, steady income, it does mean that you:
Have an existing business idea you're actively working on
Have already made some money from that idea
Want to keep growing but need clarity on your next steps
Want to be surrounded by other entrepreneurs who want to grow without hustling
If you are more in the dreaming phase of a business, the Collective will likely NOT be a good fit for you (unless you have proven, prior business experience and are working on something new).
The Collective is not an incubator or a step-by-step program to help you build a business from scratch. It exists to help existing entrepreneurs take consistent steps forward to grow, and provides the accountability, education, and support in order to do that.

Like being able to ask questions in our forum, attend our live co-working sessions, or ask for feedback during our monthly hot seats. Not to mention, our quarterly strategic planning workshops help reset their priorities & honor their capacity in each season.

No, but you should have some form of business. The Collective isn't the best for people who are in the idea stage.
The Collective is designed for entrepreneurs at many business-building stages with specific resources tailored to where you are now and where you want to be soon.
That means you could certainly have a full-time job and still be part of the Collective... in fact, many members join just as they are planning out their transition from employee > entrepreneur (we even have a masterclass on that!).
Or you could have a side-hustle that you're ready to take full-time. We have many members who have and are currently working on that transition.
Or you could be a full-time entrepreneur with a solid business and a goal to keep growing - you'll be in good company!

Yes, The Collective is a program dedicated to women. It is a safe space where members can explore their entrepreneurial spirit and goals in an open and respectful environment. We welcome applicants who self-identify as women and people assigned female at birth.
The Create Your Purpose Collective strives to be an anti-racist community. We have black women in this community. We have women of color in this community. We welcome, respect, support, and value BIPOC here in this community and have a masterclass you can watch about anti-racist practices in business presented by our member and race equity consultant, Bryana Clover.
The Collective wants to ensure access is possible for women in business who are unable to make the investment at our normal membership rates. We all our working hard to grow your businesses, so the Collective is designed in a way to support you, not distract you.

We offer 1 annual membership and 2 ways to pay: $1395 up front, or 12 monthly payments of $130.
The Create Your Purpose® Collective is intentionally priced to reflect the depth and value of what we offer—far beyond a typical, hands-off content membership. Inside, you’ll find strategic support, purposeful business planning, and an engaged community of women solopreneurs who are serious about building businesses that align with their values and support their lives.
We know that many of our members are in a growing stage of business, so we’ve designed our pricing to be both accessible and sustainable.

All new memberships and membership renewals require an annual membership commitment. We built it this way for two reasons:
One: The journey you will take inside the Collective is just that - a journey. Real results and transformation for the kind of work we will be doing don't happen overnight, so 1 year was chosen specifically to provide you with enough of a foundation to build some momentum.
That being said, you can stay in the Collective as long as you'd like since the programming is fresh every month and many of our members choose to renew!
You can see in our member highlight on this page that many of our members have been a part of our community for 2+ years.
Two: The power of community lies is bringing people together who want to grow together around a common purpose. I want you to connect with each other, be inspired by each other, and grow with each other! Create Your Purpose® is a philosophy, a mindset, and a movement but it's nothing without people, and this community is its beating heart.

Most events take place 8am - 3pm PT. We schedule events far in advance - at least 3 months out - so you know what is happening when.
Can't make it live? We post important video recordings after an event and all audio recordings to our members-only private podcast feed.
Members who are able to join at least 1 event a month live do get the most out of their membership. That being said, there are more ways to engage with the Collective than just events, although we love connecting in real time with each other!

Match up with a Purpose Partner: Get paired up with a fellow member to hold you accountable to working on your goals.

Connect with members individually or in a small group: Have something specific you need help on or want to form a small accountability group? Our custom platform allows you to message members directly or form a group for you!

Community activity takes place in a private platform called Mighty Networks. This is NOT a free Facebook group!! It is customized specifically for the Create Your Purpose Collective and is very easy to use. You can access it on desktop or via a mobile app.

Yes! We host the Collective on Mighty Networks, not Facebook—so everything from events to discussions to your Academy progress lives in one beautifully organized space. [Click here to take a quick tour →]

We have three core events that happen monthly:
Purpose Power Hour - A virtual co-working session that takes place the first week of the month where we - as a community - reflect on how the past month went and plan ahead for the next.
Community Confab - A group discussion in the middle of the month where members can share their wins, talk through challenges, and get specific support on something they are working on.
Masterclass - A live educational webinar on the final week of the month when Quinn or a guest expert teaches on a specific topic that addresses the community's needs. Past topics include Money Mindset, Instagram Marketing, Transitioning from the 9-5, Anti-Racism in Business, and more.
There are other events that pop up quarterly including the Collective Book Club, Quarterly Planning Workshops, member-led Lunch & Learns, "Purpose Parties," and more!
*During the Academy, we encourage new members to focus on the coursework. If you have more time and want to attend Collective-wide events, great! But, the Academy is important to focus on as a new member.

Yes! One of our members' favorite things is getting matched up with a Purpose Partner each quarter for an extra dose of accountability and support.
It's also easy to communicate privately in our community platform by sending a personal DM to someone!

As of April 2025, there are currently 26 members in the Collective. The next cohort will likely add 5-10 new members. It's intimate enough to allow for personal connections to forge but big enough for you to be able to tap into a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise.

Construir um negócio digital pode até não ser fácil ou linear, mas acredito que há outra forma - mais intencional, leve e sustentável.

Crio conteúdo e construo marcas online há mais de 10 anos, desde o meu primeiro blogue aos 18 anos. Em 2020, decidi avançar com o meu desejo de criar um negócio próprio - mesmo com todas as dúvidas, incertezas e crenças sobre o que é empreender. Decidi apostar em mim! 🧡
Mas, quando comecei, estava a ser conduzida pelo perfeccionismo, a comparação, e à procura de alguém que me dissesse o que fazer. Olhava para fora, para as dicas, os “gurus”, as fórmulas mágicas, porque era bem mais fácil do que olhar para dentro.
Trabalhava horas sem fim, e nunca estava satisfeita. Raramente dedicava tempo para mim, e quando o fazia era com pressa ou culpa. O trabalho, a resposta a clientes, a criação de conteúdo, tinham sempre prioridade. E mesmo assim, os resultados não eram suficientes ou consistentes. 😢
Tudo isto culminou num burnout em Março de 2021 - apenas 2 meses depois de começar oficialmente. O burnout foi um waking call e um ponto de viragem - sabia que não queria viver assim.
Não foi de um dia para o outro, mas comecei a criar com mais intencionalidade e a colocar-me como prioridade - na vida e no negócio. Aprendi a respeitar os meus ritmos, as minhas decisões e intuições, e a adotar uma abordagem mais leve e simples. ✨
Criei uma estrutura de negócios que me apoia e que me permite servir os meus clientes em alinhamento, e construí sistemas que suportam e facilitam o meu dia a dia. Aos poucos, criei raízes fortes que aguentam os ventos da vida, inclusive um ano de “paragem” para cuidar da minha saúde.
Hoje sinto-me entusiasmada com o meu negócio e a minha vida. Confio nas sementes que planto, e movimento-me com confiança e segurança. Crio momentos para me nutrir e cuidar de mim, e sei que o impacto e o bem-estar andam de mãos dadas.
Construir o meu negócio digital tem sido uma oportunidade de me alinhar à minha essência e de criar mais espaço para ser. E esse é um processo contínuo, com altos e baixos - e o apoio de uma comunidade que te percebe é essencial para continuar a integrar e expandir. 🥰
